In the master's degree programme in Charity Studies and Values-based Management, we focus on supporting leaders in their development. This includes thinking deeply about issues and investigating them thoroughly. While the programme examines managerial behaviour and actions from the perspective of Christian-influenced theology and ethics, it is open to all religions and world views

The Caritas Science Network connects organizations, associations, dioceses, as well as universities and colleges through the thematic fields of pastoral care, spirituality, ethics, health and social policy, and Christian identity. Over 500 individuals from nine countries participate in it. The network invites members to online and in-person events, organizes the distribution of a quarterly newsletter, and provides support in the professional development of the aforementioned topics.
