We see language as a culturally characterised medium of communication. Language behaviour expresses the individual characteristics of the speaker as well as the particularities of social groups and entire cultures. This is why we are interested in these research topics, on which we write publications, organise conferences and give lectures and on which you can find press reports, interviews and articles in our press review. In doing so, we follow in the tradition of our academic teachers.
