Luisa Calè (Birkbeck), Orietta da Rold (University of Cambridge), Vicky Mills (Birkbeck) and Katharina Boehm jointly organize the international conference Textual Ecologies: Media, Materials, Environments. It will take place 15-17 July 2026 at the University of Passau.
The conference explores entanglements of literary and ecological history. It brings together leading literary scholars and book historians from the UK, the US, China and Europe.
