'Diversity' refers to the diversity of people, backgrounds and life situations. For the University, diversity is a means to become even more vibrant, cosmopolitan and equitable. For the Faculty of Humanities and Cultural Studies, as for the University of Passau as a whole, diversity is a way of becoming even more vibrant, cosmopolitan and equitable. The faculty therefore also supports the University of Passau's diversity strategie in the field of research.
